Wisconsin Cutting Horse Association

Our mission is to promote and row the sport of cutting in Wisconsin by providing quality events, education, and a welcoming, supportive community for riders, owners, and enthusiasts of all levels. WCHA is dedicated to advancing the western performance horse, fostering good sportsmanship and humane horsemanship, and building strong connections between local cutters and the National Cutting Horse community, including future and existing affiliate partnerships.

We believe the success of our association depends on mutual respect, integrity, teamwork, and a shared passion for the sport of cutting. Our goal is to create a positive, encouraging environment where members support one another, differences are handled respectfully, and personal conflicts do not overshadow the purpose of our association. WCHA is committed to moving forward with professionalism, positivity, and unity—keeping the focus on our horses, our riders, and the future of cutting in Wisconsin.
