This mission of the Wisconsin Cutting Horse Association is to promote and grow the sport of cutting in Wisconsin by providing quality events, education, and supportive community for riders, owners, and enthusiasts of all levels. WCHA is dedicated to advancing the western performance horse, fostering good sportsmanship and humane horsemanship, and building a strong connection between local cutters and the National Cutting Horse community, including future and existing affiliate partnerships. WCHA is committed to building a strong relationship with the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA), actively pursuing and supporting NCHA affiliate status to better serve its members and the sport.
